Your appointment is reserved especially for you and whilst we understand that sometimes changes are necessary.
We kindly ask that if you wish to cancel your appointment that you give us at least 48 hours notice.
There is a £50 deposit payable for all colour and perm appointments.
Deposits will be deducted from your payment in the salon.
Deposits are fully refundable or credit given towards your next appointment, if 48 hours notice is given for any cancellations.
If less than 48 hours notice is given for any cancellations 50% of the deposit will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of appointment or No Shows 100% of the deposit will be charged.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on products purchased within the salon.
At the start of every appointment your stylist will hold a consultation with you to discuss your requirements and offer advice. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you have up to 1 week after your appointment to contact the salon and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This may incur an additional charge at the managers discretion.
Students and NHS staff can get 10% off all services.
A student card or NHS ID card must be shown to receive a discount.
